Available shipping destinations and methods depend on your order and its delivery address. Enter the address at checkout to see the options offered. The final checkout summary shows applicable shipping charges and taxes before payment.

Preparation and shipping updates

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. The time needed can vary by product and fulfillment location. Shipping details are sent to the order email when tracking becomes available. There may be a gap between the creation of a tracking reference and the carrier's first scan.

Estimated arrival

Any delivery date is an estimate rather than a guaranteed appointment. Customs, carrier delays, holidays and weather can affect arrival. Multiple items may be shipped separately and reach you on different days.

Furniture and home equipment

Measure the intended space and access route for larger items, and check dimensions and power requirements before ordering. Assembly, installation or placement in a particular room is included only when explicitly offered in the product information or checkout.

Help with a delivery

Confirm that the delivery address is correct before payment. Contact Support@owmira.com promptly with your order number if an address needs correction, a parcel is missing or the delivery is damaged or incomplete. Keep packaging and share photographs when reporting damage or missing parts so we can review the issue.

Import costs

If international delivery is available, destination duties and import charges may be the recipient's responsibility unless checkout expressly includes them.
