These Terms of Service apply when you visit owmira.com or buy from Owmira. The store is operated by Shenqiu County Dinu Dai Department Store (Individual Business). By using the store, you agree to these terms and the applicable Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies.
Using the store
You must use the website lawfully, provide accurate order and contact information, and keep account credentials secure. You may not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse content or use the services to violate another person's rights.
Products and orders
Review the selected option, dimensions, specifications, power requirements and included components before ordering. Images may include props that are not supplied unless the description says otherwise, and colors can vary between displays. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request, not final acceptance. Fulfillment depends on availability, payment authorization and any necessary order review. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund the amount collected for that item.
Prices, currency and shipping
Store prices and checkout totals are shown in United States dollars (USD) unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are governed by the Shipping Policy.
Payments
Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers displayed at checkout. A card issuer or payment provider may decline or delay a transaction or apply its own currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. Do not send complete card numbers or security codes by email.
No subscriptions or automatic renewal
Owmira does not currently sell subscription products or enroll customers in automatic renewal. A purchase is a one-time transaction for the products and quantities shown at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, shipping responsibility, inspection and refund timing are described in the Return and Refund Policy. Those terms do not limit any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
Third-party services and intellectual property
Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other providers may apply their own terms to their services. Links to another website do not give us control over that site's content or practices. Store text, graphics and other content may be used only for personal shopping unless the relevant rights holder permits another use.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the store accurate and available, but interruptions, typographical errors or changes may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by a breach of these terms. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent a choice of forum is legally permitted, disputes will be handled by a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in California, United States. This clause does not waive any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction right that cannot lawfully be waived.
